If you are not 100% satisfied with your first pair of 2UNDR, or having trouble finding the right size or style for you, please contact us at info@2UNDR.com and we'll help you out by refunding your purchase for one (1) pair.

• Applies to one (1) pair of underwear, purchased as a single unit.
  
• Applies to one (1) pair of underwear per customer upon the first purchase.
• Applies to products that have been purchased from our 2undr.com/2undr.ca online stores only.
• Does not apply to boxsets, multipacks (2/3/6 packs), bundles, and Long Johns.
• All requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
