Items marked with Online Exclusive or Sale tags are not eligible for return or exchanges and are final sale.

• To facilitate a return, Apparel / Items must include their original bags, tags, and/or boxes and must not be worn, washed or damaged in any way. Restocking fees and return fee may apply. 
• Applies to products that have been purchased from our 2undr.com / 2undr.ca online stores only.
• All requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Underwear that has been tried on or worn cannot be returned or exchanged as per hygiene rules. For the health and safety of our customers and staff. 

We have partnered with Loop Returns to create a simple process for any returns.  Click the button below to start a return.

Start Return

Once you complete the return wizard, you will be emailed a return confirmation with a return label that you will have to print.  Please package the return products in a protective box to make sure that the products don't get damaged during transport.  Affix the printed return label to the outside of the box.  Follow the shipping instructions provided by the email to get the product back to 2UNDR.  That's it!

Your refund will be issued to the original payment card once the products arrives at our facilities and is inspected.

If you decide to not return the product after you have completed the return wizard, you can simply goto the return confirmation email and click the link to edit the return.
